Pallet Flow System Description
Typically, a pallet flow system works similarly to a carton flow system, except on a much bigger scale. It combines elevated rails and dynamic components such as wheels and rollers within the structure. The pallets are loaded at the top end of the slightly inclined rack and glide safely at a controlled pace to the other side.
Highly flexible, the system is operatable using the Last In First Out (LIFO) and First In First Out (FIFO) principles. It requires zero energy consumption as its flow is created via its loading action and gravity.
