QC INSPECTOR
Responsibilities:
- Perform Finished Product (Outgoing) and In-Process Inspections
- Conduct quality inspections by cross-referencing product dimensions and features with technical drawings.
- Immediately report any identified product defects to the supervisor.
- Ensure Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and report any uncertainties, non-compliances, operational issues, or weaknesses.
- Verify all production lines are operating strictly according to established SOPs.
- Escalated any SOP violations to the Head of Department (HOD).
- Conduct In-House Testing for Existing and New Products
- Perform load testing on existing stock to ensure each production batch meets required specifications.
- Conduct load testing on new or trial products and submit recommendations for improvement.
- Assist the QA/QC Executive with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Assist supervisors in monitoring the implementation of corrective actions for non-conformances identified during internal processes.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum SPM / SKM (Malaysian Skills Certificate) or equivalent.
- Core Knowledge: Basic understanding of Quality Control (QC), production inspection, and documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating precision measuring instruments.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in QC is an added advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Key Attributes: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, highly disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Visual Acuity: Good vision/eyesight for conducting detailed visual inspections.
- Mobility & Travel: Possess a valid driving license and own transport; willing to perform supplier factory visits as needed.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts and perform overtime (OT) when required.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in a manufacturing/factory setting.
- Work Ethic: Strong attendance record, high integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
