Production Machinist
Responsibilities:
- Apply 5S when running the production
- Make sure working environment is neat.
- Checking the mould and machine condition.
- Documentation preparation
- Able to provide flow card, wip tag and product weight sticker when finishing production.
- Able to prepare the DPR without any errors.
- Production preparation
- Understand the daily production schedule before starting the production.
- Equip the correct safety equipment when running production.
- Quality control
- Complete the quality check sheet.
- Stock take
- Complete stock take cycle for weekly, monthly, yearly (if any)
- conformances identified during internal processes.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Certificate / Diploma / Vocational / Technical School.
- Fresh graduates or at least 1 year Experience of Factory Background.
- Having knowledge in Manufacturing Field.
- Having welding knowledge.
- Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to use measuring tape / tools.
- Able to drive forklift.
- Willing to work in shifts and perform overtime (OT) when required.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/factory environment setting.
- Possess good attendance record, high integrity.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and good discipline
