Production General Worker
Responsibilities:
- Report to the immediate supervisor before starting work, before leaving the workplace at any time during working hours, or before the end of the shift.
- Clean machines, equipment, and moulds daily before starting work and ensure these items are kept clean at all times.
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the production floor (shop floor) area.
- Use all personal protective equipment (PPE) provided or required while performing duties.
- Ensure the accuracy of production quantities and report them to the supervisor.
- Perform any product quality inspections as directed from time to time.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum Secondary School / SPM or equivalent.
- Experience in basic machine operating and general work in metal industry / heavy industry will be an added advantage.
- Must have own transport / vehicle with a valid driving license.
- Willing to work in shifts (including night shifts if applicable) and perform overtime (OT) when required.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/factory environment setting.
- Possess good attendance record, high integrity.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and good discipline.
